These terms apply to the STR8 LEGACY public website and, where applicable, its agency community services. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. What we provide

STR8 LEGACY provides information about its creator community. Member features may include accounts, a creator directory, announcements, and chat. Some features, including TikTok account connection, may not yet be available.

2. Accounts and eligibility

When account features are available, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You must comply with applicable laws, TikTok's terms, and any age requirements for the services you use. Agency membership may require approval.

3. Community conduct

Do not harass other members, impersonate creators, post unlawful or infringing content, spam, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse member information. STR8 LEGACY may moderate content or restrict access for violations.

4. Third-party services

Some features may link to TikTok or Discord. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. STR8 LEGACY is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

5. Availability and changes

Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new date.
