STR8 LEGACY respects creator privacy. This policy describes information handled by our public website and information we expect to handle when optional member and TikTok connection features are enabled.

1. Information we collect

On this public information site, we do not provide a signup or TikTok login form. The hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

On the separate agency member service, information may include your account name, contact details you provide, chat messages, membership status, and moderation records. When TikTok Login is implemented and you consent, we intend to request only the TikTok profile details needed to identify you in the creator directory, such as a platform-specific account ID, display name, profile picture, and—if separately approved—username.

2. How information is used

We use information to operate the community, respond to support requests, manage membership, maintain security, and—once implemented—display profiles for creators who choose to connect TikTok.

3. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting and technical service providers. TikTok and Discord have their own privacy policies when you use their services. We do not claim that STR8 LEGACY is an official TikTok product.

4. Retention and security

We retain information as needed to operate services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you request account or personal information removal, we will review and respond to your request, subject to applicable legal obligations.

5. Your choices

You may choose whether to contact us or, when available, connect a third-party account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with STR8 LEGACY, email marshallbacon33@gmail.com. Disconnecting TikTok access through TikTok does not necessarily remove records already held by the agency; contact us to request removal.
